§ 1 Scope, customer information
The following general terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between romateria GmbH and consumers and entrepreneurs who buy goods via our web shop. We do not recognize any conditions that conflict with or deviate from our terms and conditions. The contract language is German. The terms and conditions apply to online orders. If you buy products from one of our trading partners, the respective terms and conditions of our partners apply.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract
1. The offers on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to you to buy goods.
2. After entering your data and clicking the order button, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
3. With the order confirmation sent immediately by e-mail, the acceptance of the offer is also declared at the same time and the purchase contract is thus concluded.
4. Changes or cancellation of your order are only possible within 48 hours from the time of order confirmation.

§ 3 Customer information: Storage of your order data
3.1 Storage of your order data
Your order with details of the concluded contract (e.g. type of product, price, etc.) will be saved by us. However, you do not have access to your past orders via the Internet. We will email you the terms and conditions with the order confirmation, but you can also call up the terms and conditions at any time via our website. If you would like to save the product description on our shop page for your own purposes, you can, for example, take a screenshot (= screenshot) at the time of ordering or alternatively print out the entire page.
3.2 Correction Notice
You can correct your entries at any time before submitting the order with the delete key. We will inform you about further correction options on the way through the ordering process. You can also completely end the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 4 Prices
With the price information on the current web shop, all previous prices lose their validity. We reserve the right to make interim price adjustments. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for any errors.Our prices include the current VAT of 8.1%.

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§ 7 Shipping costs
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses and parcel stations. See delivery costs for prices.

§ 8 Delivery
Delivery is made to the addressee specified on the order by personal delivery against signature of the recipient. The sending client agrees that the delivery may also be made to another person who, under the circumstances, can be assumed to be entitled to accept the shipment. This includes, in particular, members and employees of the recipient’s household present in the addressee’s (recipient’s) rooms, as well as immediate neighbors of the addressee. If a neighborhood tax is carried out, the addressee receives a notification card. If the shipment cannot be delivered in the manner described, another delivery attempt will be made. This can generate additional costs. After that, the shipment is considered undeliverable. If an item you have ordered cannot be delivered at short notice, you will be informed by us. Items that are not available at the time of dispatch will not be forwarded by us unless you expressly request this.

§ 9 Guarantee/Warranty
The warranty is based on the statutory provisions. If delivered items show obvious transport damage, please have this error immediately acknowledged by the deliverer who delivers the items and notify us immediately. Prompt notification of an error or damage makes it easier for us to clarify the matter.We assume no liability for compliance with specific delivery times.

§ 10 Right of Withdrawal/Revocation
Since in most cases the products are specially made for the customer, there is generally no right of withdrawal or cancellation.

11.2 Liability
The liability of romateria GmbH, regardless of the legal reason, is limited to damages resulting from a grossly negligent breach of contract by romateria GmbH or an intentional or grossly negligent breach of contract by a legal representative or vicarious agent of romateria GmbH, provided that the damage does not result from the breach of life, body or health. The data, processing instructions and information provided by us are created with the greatest care and of course checked regularly. Nevertheless, we cannot assume any liability for the completeness, correctness and topicality of the information provided. Errors and technical errors are also reserved here. The delivery times specified by us cannot be guaranteed, but are only expected information. We assume no liability for any consequential damage that has arisen as a result of delivery difficulties.
11.3 Target Overrun
If the payment deadline is exceeded despite a reminder, the statutory rules regarding default in payment apply. If the buyer exceeds the payment deadline, all claims from the business relationship are due immediately.
11.4 Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Winterthur.
11.5 Privacy Policy
We store your data only for the purpose of your order and order processing. A transfer to third parties, except partners in the course of order processing, does not take place. Your personal information is only collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes. You have the right to free information, correction, blocking and, if necessary, deletion of your stored data at any time. Please contact us by e-mail or send us your request by post or fax. We do not pass on your personal data, including your home address, telephone number and e-mail address, to third parties. Excluded from this are our service partners who need the transmission of data to process the order (e.g. the shipping company commissioned with the delivery and the bank commissioned with processing the payment). 11.5.1 Piwik
Our website uses Piwik. This is a so-called web analysis service.
